Terms of Service
These terms explain how BMU LLC provides lawn care and property management services. By accepting a quote or scheduling service, you agree to these terms.
Services and quotes
BMU LLC provides mowing, edging, trimming, cleanup, mulching, bed maintenance, seasonal cleanup, property checks, and related upkeep. A quote describes the agreed work, schedule, and price. Online estimates are illustrative starting ranges and are not binding quotes. Final pricing is confirmed after we review the property.
Scheduling and access
Customers are responsible for providing safe, reasonable access to the work area. Please secure pets, unlock gates, and remove obstacles before service. We may pause or reschedule work when conditions are unsafe or access is unavailable.
Payment
Services are billed per visit or according to the schedule agreed with the customer. Payments may be processed securely through Stripe. Payment is due according to the invoice or payment request provided. The customer is responsible for accurate billing information.
Weather and changes
Outdoor work depends on safe and suitable weather. Rain, storms, extreme heat, saturated ground, or other conditions may require rescheduling. We will make a reasonable effort to provide a new service date.
Cancellations
Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or change a scheduled visit. Late cancellations or inaccessible properties may be charged when time has been reserved or travel has begun.
Satisfaction concerns
Please report concerns within 48 hours after service. We will review the concern and, when appropriate, arrange a return visit to address work included in the agreed service.
