We may contact you by your preferred method to follow up on your request.

We use customer information to answer questions, provide quotes, schedule and perform services, send service updates, maintain business records, and process payments. We do not sell personal information.
Payments
Payments may be processed securely through Stripe. Stripe receives payment details needed to complete the transaction under its own privacy practices. BMU LLC does not store full payment card numbers.
Sharing
We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate the business, such as payment, invoicing, or communication providers. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect customers, the business, or others.
Data choices and retention
You may ask us to correct or delete information that we control, subject to legal and recordkeeping requirements. We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for service, accounting, dispute, and legal purposes.
